1. The service
Kalkan ("the software") is desktop software for managing separate browser profiles, sold as a time-limited membership through kalkan.pro. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Account and devices
An account is personal. The number of computers and profiles depends on the plan. Sharing an account, reselling access or circumventing the device and profile limits ends the membership without refund.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the software for fraud, unauthorized access to accounts or systems, payment fraud, spam, harassment, or anything illegal in your country or the country of the service you use. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with the terms of the websites you visit.
4. Licence and protection
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during the membership. Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting or redistributing the software or its components, and tampering with its licence checks are prohibited.
5. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid in advance in cryptocurrency via Cryptomus for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. Upgrades convert remaining days at the price ratio.
6. Availability
The software works offline for up to 72 hours between licence checks. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; detection methods of third-party websites change and no result on any website is guaranteed.
7. Liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Your local profiles are not deleted by us.
