Build the flow once, run it on all your profiles

Pick steps from a list and put them in order, give every profile its own data from a CSV, and run the flow on the profiles you choose, several at once. Mouse and keyboard move like a person's; the scheduler starts the flow for you every morning.

No code · Human-like mouse and typing · Data stays on your computer

From inside the app: one flow, start to finish

A real screen recording: the flow is built step by step, a CSV is attached and the flow runs on several profiles at once.

How it works

Automation in four steps

From building to results, everything happens inside the Kalkan app, on your own computer.

Build the flow

Pick steps from the list and put them in order, or start from a template. Instead of writing a selector, point at the element in a running profile and Kalkan suggests one.

Attach your data

Flow variables, a CSV file or a per-profile table: every profile gets its own email, product or text.

Run it on your profiles

Choose the profiles and how many run at once. Each profile moves at its own pace; the current step, time left and the log are live.

Schedule it, collect results

Tie the flow to a time or an interval. Extracted data, files, screenshots and cookies are collected in the run folder, per profile.

Human-like

Not like a script — like a person

Kalkan adds no code to the page and attaches no extra driver to the browser. Clicks and keys arrive as real events through the browser's own input pipeline; reading the page happens in a separate world the page's JavaScript cannot see.

  • The mouse travels on a curved path that speeds up and slows down, to a random point inside the target
  • Every key has its own interval; scrolling happens in several wheel notches
  • Think time, typing and mouse speed are drawn per profile: profiles running the same flow never move in lockstep
Features

Powerful enough for real work

Not a simple click recorder: a complete flow builder with loops, conditions, data and scheduling.

50+ ready-made steps

Navigation, tabs, mouse, keyboard and forms, waiting, logic, data and more, in eight categories. Pick a card, fill in its fields.

Loops and conditions

If, while, for each, repeat, try / on error, labels and jumps. 14 conditions: element is visible, URL contains, variable is greater, random chance…

Variables and CSV

Use {{email}} in any field. Each CSV row goes to one profile; built-ins too: {{random:1-10}}, {{pick:a|b}}, {{date}}, {{uuid}}.

Element picker

Point at the element in a running profile; Kalkan suggests selectors from the most durable to the most brittle, each with how many elements it matches now. Test a single step on a live profile.

Parallel runs

Choose the profiles and how many run at once; the rest wait in the queue. Closed profiles open by themselves and can close when done. Pause, resume, stop.

Scheduler

Once, every N minutes, daily, on chosen weekdays or right after another schedule. Times missed while the app was closed are logged, never replayed in a burst.

Results stay with you

Extract values and lists; write CSV, JSON or text files; save screenshots and cookies. A failing step takes a screenshot by itself.

Reusable flows

Run a shared login flow from inside other flows, export and import flows as JSON, start from templates. Secret variables such as passwords show as ••• in the log.

Cookie robot

A separate tool: opens the sites of a list, handles the cookie banner and browses like a reader. It also works on Starter, which has no RPA.

Examples

What you can automate

Every example is built from the app's real steps. Templates are there to start from.

Profile warm-up

A natural history for new profiles: open sites, handle cookie banners, browse like a reader, save the cookies.

  1. For each
  2. Go to URL
  3. Handle cookie banner
  4. Browse the page
  5. Save cookies

Form filling

Every profile fills the form with its own CSV row: your own shop's listings, applications, sign-ups in a test environment.

  1. Go to URL
  2. Type text
  3. Choose option
  4. Click
  5. Wait for text

Data collection

Search, pull titles, prices and links into lists and write them to a CSV. With public data, following the site's terms.

  1. Type text
  2. Press key
  3. Wait for element
  4. Extract all
  5. Save to file

Social media routine

Every morning on your own accounts: check the session, look at notifications, publish the content you prepared — on a schedule, each profile at its own pace.

  1. Run saved flow
  2. If
  3. Click
  4. Upload file
  5. Notify

Kalkan is a tool: following the rules of the sites you automate and the law is your responsibility. Do not use it for spam, fake engagement or accounts that are not yours.

Which plans include RPA?

RPA is on the Pro and Unlimited plans. Starter and the 3-day trial do not include RPA; sync and the cookie robot are on Starter too.

Compare plans
Pro $25/mo 50 profiles at once
Unlimited $40/mo unlimited profiles at once

Questions about RPA

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Steps are cards: you pick one and fill in its fields. If you like, you can export a flow as JSON and edit it.

Which plans include RPA?

Pro and Unlimited. Starter and the 3-day trial do not include RPA; sync and the cookie robot work on Starter too.

Which engines does it work with?

With Kalkan Native, Kalkan (Chrome patch) and Kalkan Edge profiles. Firefox profiles open without the automation endpoint, so RPA does not run on them.

How many profiles can run at once?

You choose the concurrency. The upper limit is in Settings → RPA (by default it follows your computer's memory, about 1.5 GB per browser). Your plan's limit on profiles open at once also applies: 50 on Pro, unlimited on Unlimited.

Will sites notice the automation?

No tool can guarantee that. Kalkan leaves out the usual automation traces: no extra driver, no code added to the page, real input events and a separate pace for every profile. What you do, how often, and the site's rules still decide.

Do scheduled flows run while my computer is off?

No. The scheduler runs inside the Kalkan app, so the app has to be open. Times missed while it was closed show as "missed" in the history and the next time is planned; the backlog never runs in a burst.

How do I use a CSV?

The first line holds the column names; every column becomes a variable (such as {{email}}). With a "profile" column, rows match profiles by name or id; without one, row 1 goes to profile 1, row 2 to profile 2.

Where are the results saved?

In the run folder on your computer, separately for each profile. Nothing is uploaded to our server.
